Have you wanted to attend an Environmental Business Council of New England presentation in the past but been unable to go? If you haven't checked out the EBC site recently, you may have missed the amazing resource that they present: slides from all of their events for the past five years.
For example, the EBC recently held a Solar Energy Development opportunities summit, with presentations from folks ranging from Andrew Brydges talking about SRECs to Tim Roughan talking about net meetering and solar incentives. This presentation, as well as many others, provide a huge ammount of base knowledge, as well as updates on current issues.

Last night, Dr. Sue Tierney (Managing Pricipal, Analysis Group) talked to the MIT Energy Initiative about "Why modernizing our energy technologies is so hard, but worth the effort." Her slides are posted HERE, but here are some highlights from her talk:



Dr. Tierney additionally summarized all of these hurdles with a plea to innovators and entrepreneurs to continue working, and know that there is an immense need for new solutions to make it to the marketplace.
